Desert Geoexchange will give you guidance as how best to obtain all incentives and rebates available to you. We also will be able to provide you with financing for your installment. We will delineate in our proposal how your property will be restored and or perfected after construction if you so wish. Project management, Oversight of all involved, and quality control is how we will become champion of the southwest GeoExchange industry. We want you to be assured and confident from the moment we first make contact.

Installation

At Desert Geoexchange “attention to detail” is our motto. Project management and project quality control is administered by our team of engineers and designers and executed by our trained technicians. In the process of acquiring your new Geoexchange system your property will be inconvenienced. We will make it our concern to leave your property the way it existed before installation. Desert Geoexchange employs state of the art technology; whether it is green standard air quality approved rigs and machinery, or the abatement of property damage. Our company functions in accordance to federal, state, county, and city ordinances. Project management will not only be a part of our onsite team’s ethic, it will also be a vantage point of the customer. Desert Geoexchange wants the installation of the owner’s new serene indoor climate to be as easy and as peaceful as possible.

Maintenance

Desert Geoexchange and its field technicians are able to perform all maintenance on your installation and mend any system, new, or not working properly. A significant advantage of Geoexchange is that very little maintenance is required. All upkeep is performed on one indoor unit. Your Geoexchange system has been engineered to have fewer working parts resulting in a longer lasting total operation. A Geothermal underground loop installation will last longer than the structure it is installed along side. A reputable HVAC company will have no problem servicing your topside equipement. Besides occasionally changing the air filter, a GeoExchange system requires the building owner to set one temperature at the thermostat and never look back. The owners system will be quiet and excel air quality. The owner of a Geoexchange system will be much like the proud owner of a Cadillac on a long open road.
